We are committed to safeguarding your personal information.
The information below provides details about our privacy policy and we ask that you take the time to read it.
Welcome to AlwaysFlow! Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and disclose your information when you use our website, platform, and related services (collectively, “Services”).
By using AlwaysFlow, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy. If you disagree, please do not use our Services.
We collect two types of information:
Account Information: Name, email, password, organization, billing details, and any other information you provide when creating and managing your AlwaysFlow account.
Social Media Account Credentials & Data: When you connect your social media accounts (such as Facebook, Instagram, and X (Twitter)) to AlwaysFlow, you grant us permission to access certain information from those platforms. This includes, but is not limited to:
From Facebook: Access tokens, names and IDs of Facebook Pages you manage (via pages_show_list), information about posts and their engagement (likes, comments, shares, reach, impressions) on connected Facebook Pages (via pages_read_engagement), and the ability to create, schedule, and publish content to your connected Facebook Pages (via pages_manage_posts). We also collect IDs of your Business Manager accounts if your Pages are managed within them (via business_management) solely for the purpose of identifying all Pages you administer.
From Instagram: Access tokens, basic profile information for connected Instagram Business Accounts (username, ID, profile photo, media counts via instagram_basic), the ability to create, schedule, and publish organic Feed posts to your connected Instagram Business Accounts (via instagram_content_publish), and aggregated insights data for your Instagram Business Accounts (e.g., reach, impressions, follower count changes, profile views via instagram_manage_insights).
From X (Twitter): When you connect your X (Twitter) account to AlwaysFlow, you authorize us to access certain information and perform actions on your behalf. This includes granting us access tokens necessary for our app to interact with your X (Twitter) account, allowing us to retrieve basic account information such as your username and profile ID. Furthermore, you enable our app's content creation capabilities, giving us the ability to create and publish new tweets (encompassing text-based posts, images, and videos) directly to your connected X (Twitter) account. This also extends to content reading, allowing us to read tweets from your timeline and retrieve metadata about your posts for display within our platform, all while ensuring we only collect and access the data explicitly granted to us through X (Twitter)'s authorization process and as necessary to provide our Services.
Important: We only collect and access the data explicitly granted to us through the respective platform's authorization process and as necessary to provide our Services.
Content Data: Posts, captions, images, videos, and other media that you create, schedule, or publish through our platform.
Communication Data: Records of your interactions with our customer support, feedback, survey responses, and any other communications you send to us.
Usage Data: Information about how you access and use our Services, including log files, device type, browser type, operating system, IP address, referral URLs, pages viewed, features used, and timestamps of your visits.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies: We use cookies and similar tracking technologies (e.g., pixels, web beacons) to understand user behavior, personalize your experience, remember your preferences, analyze platform usage and traffic, and for security purposes. You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings.
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
To Provide and Improve Our Services: To operate, maintain, and enhance the functionality of AlwaysFlow, including enabling content scheduling, publishing, and displaying analytics from your connected social media accounts.
Account Management: To manage your user account, process payments, and provide you with access to our platform features.
Personalization: To customize your experience on our platform and present content and features that are relevant to you.
Communication: To send you service-related updates, security alerts, technical notices, administrative messages, and, with your consent where required, marketing communications about our products, services, offers, and promotions. You can opt out of marketing communications at any time.
Customer Support: To respond to your inquiries, provide technical support, and troubleshoot issues.
Analytics and Research: To monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities in connection with our Services, to improve existing features, and develop new ones. For Facebook and Instagram data, we specifically use aggregated and de-identified or anonymized information to improve our app's functionality (e.g., optimizing publishing workflows, improving dashboard load times), and for internal marketing and advertising analysis of our service, provided such data cannot be re-identified to individual users or their specific Page/Instagram content.
Legal Compliance and Enforcement: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, and governmental requests, as well as to enforce our Terms of Service, protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property, and that of our users or the public.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:
With Your Consent: We may share your information when you give us explicit permission to do so.
With Connected Social Media Platforms: We share data with Facebook, Instagram, and X (Twitter) as necessary to perform the Services you request, such as publishing your content or retrieving analytics on your behalf. This interaction is governed by the privacy policies of those respective platforms.
With Trusted Third-Party Service Providers: We engage trusted third-party service providers to perform functions on our behalf and to support our Services, such as hosting, data storage, analytics, payment processing, customer support, and email delivery. These providers are obligated to protect your information and use it only for the purposes for which we disclose it to them.
Legal Requirements and Protection: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to (a) comply with a legal obligation; (b) protect and defend our rights or property; (c) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of the Services or the public; or (d) protect against legal liability.
Business Transfers: In connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business by another company, your information may be transferred as a business asset. We will provide notice to you if required by law.
Aggregated or De-identified Information: We may share aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you with third parties for various purposes, including analytics, research, or marketing.
You have the following rights regarding your personal information:
Access: You have the right to request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
Correction/Update: You have the right to request that we correct or update any inaccurate or incomplete information we hold about you.
Deletion/Erasure: You have the right to request the deletion or erasure of your personal information, subject to certain legal obligations or legitimate business purposes. Specifically, for data collected from Facebook and Instagram, you can request deletion of your data from our app by contacting us, or by removing our app directly from your Facebook account's "Business Integrations" settings (facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools). Upon removal of the app, we will delete or anonymize all associated Facebook/Instagram data within 72 hours.
Withdraw Consent: You can withdraw your consent for certain uses of your data (e.g., opting out of marketing emails) at any time.
Manage Cookies: You can control cookies through your browser settings.
To exercise these rights, or if you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at privacy@alwaysflow.com. We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe.
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our Services. We may also retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. If you choose to delete your account, we will securely erase or anonymize your data, unless retention is otherwise required or permitted by law.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include encryption, secure server hosting, firewalls, and strict access controls. While we strive to protect your personal data, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We encourage you to use strong, unique passwords for your AlwaysFlow account and to protect your account credentials.
AlwaysFlow is not intended for children under 13 years of age (or under 16 in some jurisdictions, such as the European Union). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.
Our servers are primarily based in the United States, but your information may be processed and stored in other countries where our service providers or partners operate. By using our services, you understand and consent to the transfer of your information to countries outside of your country of residence, which may have different data protection laws than your country.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technologies, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make changes, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy. If the changes are significant, we will provide more prominent notice (e.g., by email notification or in-app announcement) prior to the change becoming effective.
